Dave Glantz has more than 25 years of international business experience as a consultant, published author and educator, and over 20 years of supplier-side experience in market research. Dave designs, manages, analyzes and presents findings on qualitative and quantitative custom research projects for government agencies, top contractors and Fortune 500 businesses, from education to healthcare to aerospace, using in-person, phone-based and online methods. He specializes in qualitative research, and is an expert in concept, publication, message and ad testing, as well as thought leadership, brand, satisfaction and capture research. He holds a Certificate of Completion in the RIVA Advanced Moderating course, with a grade of A.
Dave has moderated more than 300 focus groups and over 1,000 in-depth interviews (IDI) across four continents. He has particularly strong experience interviewing senior and C-level decision-makers and thought leaders in federal civilian, defense and intelligence agencies, and with congressional staffers, think tank and association executives. Subjects include information assurance, cybersecurity, political issues, education finance, and government policy, and use of the International Space Station National Laboratory (ISS-NL). Dave holds a M.A. in Political Studies (International Relations) and B.A., History, from the University of Manitoba in Canada. He is a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA).
